What are sessions like?

Sessions can be:

• In-person or online video-conferencing sessions.
• 50 minutes each or longer.
• Single consultation or on-going therapy.
• Weekly to monthly intervals or sometimes they can be further apart.
• Short-term or open-ended.

What are your fees?

My fees vary depending on the type of therapy, duration, location and day of the session. 

Changes to the fee structure will be communicated in advance.

The current sliding fees are as following:

• Individual sessions (50 min) 
  • £110: Mondays-Fridays
  • £120: Saturdays
• Couple and family sessions (50 min)
  • £130: Mondays-Fridays
  • £140: Saturdays
• Longer sessions fees depend on the duration and location.
• Liaison with other professionals,  fees depend on the nature of the consultation or report. 

Do you take insurance?

I am registered with the health-insurance providers AVIVA and AXA. If you would like your therapy sessions to be arranged through either of these, please let me know and we can discuss the next steps.

If you are covered by a different health-insurance provider or an employee benefit plan, it is possible that your sessions may be partially or fully reimbursed. Please contact your provider directly to confirm the details of your plan and how it compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash prior or at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

I kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If notice is given later than 48 hours, a 50% fee will apply.
