What are sessions like?

Sessions can be:

• In-person or online video-conferencing sessions.
• 55 minutes each or longer.
• Single consultation or on-going therapy.
• Weekly to monthly intervals or sometimes they can be further apart.
• Short-term or open-ended.

What are your fees?

Fees depend on the type of therapy, the location, the duration and day of sessions. The current scaling fees are as following:

• Individual sessions (55 min) 
  • £110: online or in-person (Hertfordshire)
  • £120: Saturdays, online or in-person (Hertfordshire)
• Couple and family sessions (55 min)
  • £130: online or in-person (Hertfordshire) 
  • £140: Saturdays, online or in-person (Hertfordshire)  
• Longer sessions fees depend on the duration and location.
• Liaison with other professionals, reports and email exchanges - £80 per hour

Do you take insurance?

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash at the end of each session. 

Online sessions require bank transfer prior to session.

Cancellation Policy

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change the time of your appointment. 

Please note that the cancellation policy may vary depending on the location of the arranged session:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session: 50% of the session cost.
• No charges incur if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the session.
